Recruiting
Recruiting is the lifeblood of every successful organization! We believe that good employees start with good hires. When you recruit the right person you will find that they are self-motivated and eager to train. On the other hand, if you hire someone that is not suited for the position, you will experience low morale, high turnover, and find yourself constantly in the training mode. Our mission is to provide our clients with the tools they require to develop and retain employees, and thereby meet their corporate goals and objectives. While there is no perfect system that can guarantee you will hire the right person every time, there are fundamental guidelines you must follow if you expect to recruit your way to the top!
Click here to listen to listen to a recent radio interview John did on the subject of recruiting and motivating a top producing sales team! If you're a sales manager or business owner, you will pick up several good ideas in this interview on how to use temperament styles information to improve your recruiting and management effectiveness.
How the Boe Temperament Evaluation benefits your organization
- Helps you consistently recruit, train, motivate, and retain high caliber winners
- Allows you to evaluate a candidate's career suitability, potential assets and liabilities, value to the organization, and leadership potential
- Promotes diversity and teamwork through temperament understanding
- Assists you in developing an effective coaching/supervision strategy
- Prepares you to interview in a more in-depth and precise manner
The BTE is based on the DISC temperament evaluation system and is designed to compliment your interviewing process. Ideally, the BTE should be administered after you have already conducted a preliminary interview, job history check, etc. In contrast to many of the automated temperament evaluation systems in use today, each BTE is assessed with care and diligence by one of our skilled and DISC certified professionals. We suggest you administer the BTE three or more working days in advance of your interview. For more information call us today at 937-299-9001.
Features of the Boe Temperament Evaluation, BTE
- It is convenient and readily accessible online 24/7
- This eighty-question, DISC based survey, is self-administered and therefore requires no supervision
- You receive a comprehensive, written temperament assessment
The Boe Temperament Evaluation, (BTE) was developed and designed for one reason; to help managers make informed hiring decisions. When the BTE is properly implemented and utilized in conjunction with other standard hiring and interviewing procedures, it strengthens the employers' position of taking affirmative action to ensure that applicants and employees are treated fairly without regard to race, color, age, religion, gender, or national origin. We strongly recommend that an organization establish and utilize a consistent standard hiring process when making hiring decisions. Information gathered in each step of the standard hiring process should be reviewed in total prior to making a final hiring decision.
